I met Rob back in 2017 in the corporate world. I wanted him to join me on the podcast as he's someone I think of as naturally confident, so I knew it would be great to get his views on confidence and how he keeps his in check.

A company lawyer (practising in London and Shanghai) previously, Rob co-founded Yapster in 2015 to provide organisations with largely 'offline' workforces a secure, inclusive and GDPR-compliant alternative to unofficial use of WhatsApp at work.
Over the past 6 years, Rob has become a specialist in the emerging field of Social Leadership, working with industry leaders to align and inspire hard-to-reach colleagues.
